Kahala Beach Estates (KBE) is one of the premier, natural beach subdivisions in the United Stages. With all lots being Beach Front, all owners have a shared, vested interest in maintaining the natural beauty of this enchanted place. Below you will read about how to distinguish between the three subdivisions sharing this name on the island of Galveston. But note that Kahala Beach Estates has the highest price per square foot reflecting it's premium position in the real estate market. Contrary to what some subdivisions publicize, Kahala Beach Estates, like some others, has a natural accretion of beach sand - not erosion.

1. This web site is for Kahala Beach Estates (KBE HOA Inc.) All properties in Kahala Beach Estates have addresses in the 19000 block of Kahala Drive (East), Galveston, Texas.
2. Properties with addresses in the 19100 block of Kahala Drive are in a different subdivision and association (Kahala Beach HOA). To our knowledge, this HOA does not have a web site and we do not have contact information for that organization.
3. Properties with addresses on Sunbather Ln comprise the Sands of Kahala subdivision. More information on this subdivision may be located at here but we do not have contact information for that organization.
